Today i am going to tell simple details of making a ppt (power point presentation). As many of the technical festivals and symposiums conducting Paper Presentation as a main event. After acceptance of the paper by mail you need to give a presentation of 8-10 minutes obviously on the day of tech. festival. So at a glance i am providing the tips for making a simple and effective ppt. Meanwhile in the next posts i am going to tell about the other do's or dont's.

Seven important processing Steps  for Effective PowerPoint Presentation making

Step 1 : Start PowerPoint by right click your mouse and select Microsoft power point presentation it opens a blank Presentation.

Step 2 : Select the interested slide layout.

Step 3 : Enter the title and any additional text.  Remember to follow the presentation guidelines.

Step 4 : Add graphic, your choice of clip art, original drawings, scanned images, Internet images, tables and charts.  Remember to follow the presentation guidelines graphic guidelines.

Step 5 : Insert new slides and repeat Steps 2-4 for each slide.

Step 6 : Create and apply background design.

Step 7 :Add transitions, special effects, animations, and sounds.  Remember to follow the presentation guidelines
